First check you have remaining generations for the day on your dashboard. If you're on the Free plan, you get 10 per day and they reset every 24 hours. If you have credits remaining and it still isn't working, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact us below.
I've hit my daily limit — when does it reset?
Daily generations reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC. You can see your exact reset time on the dashboard. Upgrading your plan gives you more generations per day.
My chapter content didn't save — what happened?
InkLabs auto-saves your writing as you type, with a 1.5 second delay after you stop. If you lost content, check your version history (the clock icon in the editor toolbar) — we save a snapshot before every AI action.
I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.
Payment upgrades usually apply within a few seconds. Try refreshing the billing page. If your plan still shows as Free after 5 minutes, contact us with your email address and we'll sort it immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing in your dashboard and click 'Manage subscription'. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I export all my projects at once?
Currently you can export one project at a time from inside the project editor (the Export button in the top right). Bulk export is on our roadmap — submit a suggestion if this is important to you.
I found a bug — what should I do?
Use the Feedback button in your dashboard (bottom right corner) and select Bug. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and which page you were on. Screenshots help too — paste the description and we'll follow up.
